TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rates
   All rates are exclusive 21% government tax and service charge, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, welcome drink, fruit basket and flower arrangement upon arrival, daily breakfast for 2 persons per room and return airport transfers.
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: July 1 - September 15 and December 20 - January 10
3. Check in/out time
   Check-in time: 13:00; Check-out time: 12:00. Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability
4. Terms of Payment
   Credit card authorization + copy of the card (front & back) + passport copy of the card holder sent by facsimile or 50% deposit (from total reservation value) transferred to our IDR or USD Bank Account within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation, will guarantee the reservation.
5. Cancellation Policy
   - Without any charge 30 days before the check-in date
   - Between 29 days and 15 days will be charged 50% from the total room reservation value
   - Between 14 days and 0 days will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value
   - No show will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value
